33md Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 33md ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the 33md platform available at 33md.app, including all games, betting services, financial transactions, and communications conducted through the platform.

By accessing, browsing, or using the 33md platform in any way — including registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you accept them without reservation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 33md platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as you hold an active 33md account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 33md platform is strictly an adult-only gambling service. Players who are found to be under 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their accounts permanently closed and any associated funds will be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your location. 33md does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must register only one account per person. Multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. 33md reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings derived from them.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete information. False registration details — including providing a false name, a mobile number that does not belong to you, or misrepresenting your age — constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or permanent closure.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 33md or any of its affiliates, agents, or technology providers, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 33md platform. Account registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and the creation of a secure password. By registering, you take on full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. 33md will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify 33md immediately if you become aware that your account has been accessed without your authorization. Notification should be made to [email protected]. 33md will investigate and, where appropriate, take steps to secure your account.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your 33md account on your behalf. Account sharing — whether with a spouse, family member, friend, or any other person — is prohibited. Each account is personal to the individual who registered it.
• You must ensure that all information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. If your mobile number or any other registration detail changes, you must update your account information promptly. 33md may contact you at your registered details for account-related communications.
• 33md reserves the right to close any account that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, duplicated, used in violation of these Terms, or operated by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 above.

33md uses SSL encryption to protect account data in transit. All login sessions are authenticated and session tokens expire after a period of inactivity. Despite these technical protections, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you use the platform at your own risk insofar as external threats are concerned.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 33md platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 33md supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. By making a deposit or requesting a withdrawal, you agree to the following terms:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no stated maximum deposit limit, however 33md reserves the right to request verification for large or unusual deposit amounts as a fraud prevention and account security measure.
• Deposits are credited to your 33md account balance in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). If a deposit fails to appear within a reasonable time, you should contact 33md support with your transaction reference number.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including family members' mobile wallets — are not permitted and may result in your deposit being reversed and your account being placed under review.
• 33md does not charge its own fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their separate terms of service. 33md has no control over and accepts no responsibility for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed by 33md during normal operating hours. In most cases, withdrawals are completed within minutes of the request being approved. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, on Bangladesh public holidays, or if your account is subject to a pending verification review.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you have contacted 33md support to arrange an alternative. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect account holders.
• 33md reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawal amounts that are large relative to recent deposit and wagering history. Verification requests must be satisfied before the withdrawal can proceed.
• Funds that were deposited but never wagered (i.e., deposited and immediately withdrawn without any betting activity) may be subject to a processing review. 33md is not a financial institution and does not provide deposit or withdrawal services for non-gaming purposes.

All deposited funds are held for gaming purposes only. 33md is not responsible for currency fluctuations, Bangladesh mobile network outages, or processing delays caused by the player's own payment provider. All transactions are final once processed and confirmed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

33md may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, or other incentive programs to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Any player found to have circumvented eligibility requirements — for example, by creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once — will have all bonuses voided and may have their account permanently closed.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) must be played through before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• 33md reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the player claiming it. Once a bonus has been credited to a player's account, the terms attached to that bonus remain in effect and cannot be altered retroactively to the player's disadvantage.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to another player or account. Bonus balances cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process following completion of applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim promotions, exploiting software errors or loopholes to generate bonus winnings, or employing betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal financial risk — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

6. Gameplay and Fair Play

33md is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All RNG-based games available on the platform use certified random number generation technology to determine outcomes. Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers and are subject to those providers' own game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. The following fair play rules apply to all players:

• All game outcomes are final once the round or hand has concluded and the result has been confirmed by the game system or live dealer. No claims for adjustment of a confirmed result will be entertained except in the case of a documented technical error that materially affected the game outcome.
• Players must not use any external software, script, bot, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an advantage in any game or betting market on the platform. Use of any such tool constitutes cheating and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Players must not engage in collusion with other players, in any game format, for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage. This includes but is not limited to sharing hand information in live table games, coordinating bets in multiplayer formats, or any other form of cooperative cheating.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round, 33md reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. This is the sole remedy available in cases of documented technical failure — no additional compensation will be provided.

33md does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific game title or betting market. Games may be temporarily withdrawn from the platform for maintenance, licensing, or provider-side reasons without notice. 33md will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings or entertainment arising from the temporary or permanent removal of a game.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33md platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any associated winnings voided, and any deposited funds may be withheld pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or under false or borrowed identities, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. 33md is required to report suspicious financial activity and will cooperate fully with relevant authorities.
• Using or attempting to use software tools, exploits, or system vulnerabilities to manipulate game outcomes, gain unauthorized access to platform systems, or extract data from the platform without authorization.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward other players, 33md support staff, or live casino dealers. 33md reserves the right to close the account of any player who behaves in a manner that is harmful to the platform community.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse a deposit transaction through your payment provider after receiving the credited funds in your 33md account, or using false pretenses to initiate a payment dispute.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, using VPN, proxy services, or any other means of IP obfuscation to circumvent geographic restrictions.

33md actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above behaviors will trigger an immediate account review. Players whose accounts are closed due to prohibited conduct have no right of appeal regarding the forfeiture of bonuses, and any claim regarding deposited funds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis subject to the outcome of the investigation.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

33md reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or payment terms.
• 33md reasonably suspects that the player's account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes, and an investigation is required.
• The player has requested account closure under the platform's self-exclusion or responsible gaming tools, which 33md will action promptly.
• Applicable law or a regulatory requirement compels 33md to restrict or terminate the player's access to the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited in full. The disposition of any real-money balance at the time of closure will be determined following the completion of any investigation, taking into account the nature and severity of the breach. Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily — for any reason, including responsible gaming — should contact 33md support at [email protected].

9. Responsible Gaming

33md is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity and is committed to preventing problem gambling, especially among vulnerable individuals. The following responsible gaming policies are in effect:

• Deposit limits: Players may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on their account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a period of 7 days following the request, to allow the player time to reflect. Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Players may set reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified period of time. These reminders are a tool to support mindful play and do not automatically end a session.
• Self-exclusion: Any player who believes their gambling has become or is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion by contacting 33md support. Self-exclusion results in the immediate closure of the player's account and a restriction on re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period chosen by the player (minimum 6 months).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33md's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 33md is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

33md makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 33md takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and data integrity, it does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any loss arising from platform downtime, data loss, or technical failure beyond its reasonable control.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33md platform — including but not limited to the platform's name, logo, design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and any other materials made available through the site — is the property of 33md or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without the prior written consent of 33md.

12. Amendments to These Terms

33md reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, 33md will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to active players via a notice displayed on the platform or via communication to the player's registered mobile number. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The most current version of these Terms is the version that governs your use of the platform. If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, that determination shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
